The Episode starts with Payal making Mahi have medicine with milk. Mahi refuses to have milk. Payal says it is for baby and says I will love this baby very much.
Mahi takes tablet with milk and says I am getting insecurity with this baby, as everyone is loving this baby, but you loves me more. Payal gets teary eyes and says I couldn’t give you love, don’t know what had happened to me, I was blinded by property. Mahi hugs her and says you are my mom and I am your daughter. Don’t think anything. Payal asks her to finish all milk. Satya comes and calls her. Mahi says what happened to him. Satya brings toys and keeps in hall. Mahi and Payal are getting down the stairs. Everyone look at Mahi. Payal and others smile. Satya makes Mahi sit on

sofa…..Everyone start dancing on the song Mahi Ve….Satya sings the song…Mahi claps and enjoys their dance. Satya and Mahi dance together. Mahi feels dizzy because of medicine affect (which Kareena changed) and falls down unconscious. Everyone get worried and take her to hospital.
In the hospital, Satya asks Anupama to call doctor. Satya takes her to ward and calls Doctor. He rubs her hand. Raj prays to God and asks him to make Mahi fine…..Tu Palanhare plays. Satya is with Mahi in the hospital. Doctor checks Mahi….Everyone pray for Mahi and her baby. Raj asks Satya not to lose hope and says nothing will happen to Mahi. She will be alright. Anupama asks God to make her fine. Payal is equally worried for Mahi. Doctor comes out and asks Payal where is Satya? I need to talk urgently. Payal asks what happened to Mahi, tell me. Anupama goes to call Satya. Payal asks what has happened to her. Doctor takes Payal to ward. Payal cries and asks Doctor what happened to her. Doctor makes sad face. Mahi sits and asks what is the matter. She asks if my husband is fine? Doctor says once your husband come, we will talk. Mahi says I am this baby’s mum, tell me. Doctor tells that she has an internal bleeding and that she is carrying twins. She says if you carry these babies, then you may not survive. She says I advice you to abort the babies, and says may be you can’t get pregnant again.
Anupama comes to Satya and says Doctor asked him to come. Payal says what happened to Mahi? She was fine. She says nothing will happen to her. Mahi says I can’t abort this child, as Satya’s dreams are related with the baby. I can’t be selfish and am ready to take the risk. She gives promise to Payal and asks her not to tell anything to Satya or anyone. Payal cries. Mahi requests Doctor not to tell anyone. Satya comes there and asks Mahi if she is fine. He asks her what you are hiding from me. Mahi says I…….Satya asks what? Mahi says there is a surprise for you. She says we are having twins…Satya smiles and hugs her. Anupama comes and asks if everything is fine. Satya tells her that Mahi is pregnant with twins. Anupama congrats them. Mahi is teary eyes hugging him.
Satya orders blue and purple cribs for his babies. Mahi says you did good. She asks him to read baby care books. Satya says we will learn by ourselves once babies are born. He says I want to love you very much, as once babies come, I will go on a third position. Mahi says even I want to love you very much, don’t know what happen in future. She says she can’t handle the happiness. Satya asks her to enjoy this time until babies are born. Mahi recalls what Doctor said and gets sad. Satya brings good and asks her to eat. He says breakfast will reach you every morning just take care of my babies. Payal thinks if I shall tell everything to Satya.
Payal asking Mahi to change her decision. Mahi says I don’t want to talk about it mom…Payal looks on sad. Raj tells Satya that the baby is auspicious and that he can now walk, talk and dance. Satya tells that they are twin babies, and says his father instinct is hinting him that he will have son and daughter and asks Raj to select names. Mahi comes and asks Satya to read the books. Satya says he is busy searching names. Mahi shouts at him and asks him to be serious about her pregnancy. Satya thinks what happened to her. Raj says mood swings happen during pregnancy and asks him to handle her with love. Mahi runs to her room and closes the door. Satya knocks on the door asking her to open the door. Payal also comes there. Satya asks what is going on in her mind. Payal says it is normal mood swings. Satya says I can’t understand. Payal asks him not to take tension. Satya says why I am feeling that you know something which I don’t know. He says if you know something then….tell me. Payal refuses and goes. Satya gets doubtful.

Later Satya comes to room and sees Mahi sleeping. He opens the cupboard and gets a file. He opens the file and sees Mahi’s report. He reads about the risk to Mahi’s life and gets teary eyes. He recalls Mahi’s changing behavior and understands the cause. Satya looks at Mahi and thinks he can’t be happy if she is gone, and thinks even he has the right to take decision about them. He says my happiness lies with him and our togetherness is for life, I won’t let you go.
In the morning, Mahi wakes up and looks for Satya. Raj tells Mitul and Anupama that he is looking young now and even danced yesterday. He asks them to do yoga as well. Mitul and Anupama argue. Mahi asks them about Satya, and asks he has gone out. Anupama says he must be here and asks her not to take tension. She calls Satya, but he is not picking her call. Mahi gets worried. Payal comes to Mahi. Mahi tells Payal that she thinks Satya came to know about the truth and tells that he is very tensed.
Satya comes to hospital. Doctor tells Satya about risk to Mahi’s life if she delivers the baby. Satya says we can have another baby, but he can’t risk her life. Doctor says it is not that easy and says mahi can’t become a mum again. Satya gets shattered, and says he can’t risk Mahi’s life. Anupama and Mitul think about baby names. Raj suggests a name. Anupama doesn’t like it. Raj says Simran used to say that my name have global warming. Anupama says she was mistaken. Raj says Satya and Mahi will decide the name also.
Mahi comes there. Raj says we were deciding baby names, and says don’t worry you will only decide, we will just give option. Mahi gets sad and goes. Payal says I will check her and goes. Satya comes home and calls servant asking him to keep kids painting and toys in storeroom. Mahi asks what is wrong with you, kids will be born soon. Satya asks what is the prize for the babies’s sound. Mahi gets sad. He says you have courage to risk your life and don’t have strength to tell family members about the risk. He says I can’t live my life if you are gone. Mitul asks what you are saying? Satya says until I am alive, I won’t let this happen. Raj asks what she is hiding from us. Mahi cries. Satya says truth is that, Mahi’s pregnancy have complications and says if this baby is delivered then Mahi can die.
Satya informing everyone that if Mahi delivers the baby then it will be risky for her life and if she aborts the baby then she will never conceive. Mahi says it is her life and her decision and that she will deliver the baby. Satya asks who gave you right to decide and says they are my babies and you are my wife. They argue. Satya decides to get kids aborted. Mahi runs to room. She asks Mitul and Payal to make Satya understand and says may be me and my kids will be fine. Satya tells everyone that Doctor said that there is a 50 percent chances and asks if this is a joke to take a risk. Payal apologizes to Satya and says I knew this. Satya asks how can she agree to Mahi’s decision and says he will not let Mahi do what she wants to. Raj asks Payal to convince Mahi. Payal goes to Mahi and gives her medicine. She asks her to think about Satya’s decision. She says you are thinking as a mum and he is thinking as a husband. She says I can understand you, but Satya is right in this matter. Mahi coughs and blood comes out from her mouth. Payal is shocked and shouts Satya. Mahi is also shocked to see blood. Satya comes there and rushes her to hospital.
Doctor asks Satya to get child aborted right now else Mahi’s life will be risky. Satya asks her to do the arrangements and says he can’t take chance with Mahi’s life. Mahi holds Satya’s clothes and signs him not to do anything. Kareena is in disguise of a nurse and tells that because of changed medicine, she will have excessive bleeding, and Satya will have no option than to get her children aborted. She says this will be my revenge, you both will be separated. Satya asks Mahi to agree. Raj tells Mahi that it is needed. Kareena thinks she has to give fake medicine dose to Mahi else everyone will understand that there is no complications and she is fine. She says I have changed Mahi’s pregnancy report so that she don’t doubt. She recalls changing Mahi’s medicines. She says Mahi…I am coming to give you medicine dose.
Anupama and Mitul ask Mahi to have food. Mahi refuses. Satya asks Mahi why she is fighting with herself and asks her to eat. She eats food. Satya says I want your safety and happiness, your life and health, I don’t need anything. He says our happiness can’t be separate. Raj comes and says mahi and satya can’t be angry on each other, and says don’t know why life is playing game with them. Doctor sees Kareena and asks who is she and why she is putting mask on her face. Anupama comes there. Doctor asks why you are not answering. Anupama comes and asks her to come. She dismisses her doubt and goes. Mahi asks Payal to understand her and says I am doing this for my family She says how can I save myself and lose my babies. How can I kill my babies for my life. She asks her to take care of her babies and Satya and asks her to promise.
Satya talks to God and questions him about his life and sorrows. He asks why he is making him do, killing his own children. He says I want Mahi safely and happily, else I will never come back to you again and will kill Satya Sawant for forever. HE says I need all happiness of my life and asks him to think it as his stubbornness. He prays to God and a flower falls on his lap. Kareena comes to Mahi’s ward to give her wrong medicine. Something falls and Mahi wakes up and sees Kareena there. She says Kareena.
Satya telling God that you have taken all my darkness and now there will be nothing wrong. Kareena comes to give wrong medicine to Mahi. Mahi wakes up when something falls down. She is shocked to see Kareena there and calls Satya. Satya comes there and sees Kareena. Mahi asks him to catch her. Anupama comes and asks what happened? Mahi tells her that Kareena came here and was changing her medicines, when something fell down and she woke up. Payal sees the medicine and says this is same medicine as I gave Mahi. She says she will talk to Doctor and Satya. Satya runs behind Kareena, but she escapes.
Doctor tells them that the medicine is wrong and if it is given to pregnant woman, then it will make her condition worsened. Payal asks if Mahi’s condition is because of this medicine. Doctor says may be and tells that she will do a test to diagnose the medicine affect. Satya tells her that Mahi’s health is his top most priority. Kareena thinks she will only kill Mahi’s children and will end Khuranas. She says then only her mum’s revenge will be completed. Doctor does Mahi’s test. Mahi comes out and tells Satya that her she and twins are fine. Doctor tells Satya that whatever happened to Mahi was because of the fake medicine, but now she is perfectly fine. Satya says Kareena was behind the fake medicine and promises Mahi that he won’t let Kareena’s black reflection come near her.
At home, Mitul asks servant to change cushions. Anupama comes and asks her to do kitchen work. Mitul says why I shall do all work. Anupama thinks she is good. Satya calls Inspector and tells that he is feeling as if Kareena will do something bad. He then asks the guards not to let any stranger come inside, and asks them to call him outside if they suspect anyone. He says Kareena will do something surely. Raj comes and asks Satya if everything is fine. Satya says yes. Payal tells Mahi that she is very lucky as they have forgiven her. She says I had promised my sister that I will love you very much, but never gave you love. She gets emotional and cries. Satya comes and says mother-daughter emotional moment started again and says you are Mahi’s jaan and that’s why mine also. Payal smiles and asks him to bring Mahi downstairs and goes. Satya tells Mahi that they shall stay in the room for sometime. He couldn’t hug her and says kids are coming inbetween us. He says I love you mahi and is about to kiss her. Mahi says dadu…Satya looks on.. Mahi kisses on his cheeks and goes. Satya holds his cheeks happily.
Mahi comes and sits for her godh bharayi rasam. Satya and Raj smiles. Kareena comes wearing ghunghat and takes out knife to stab her. Mahi shouts Satya. Satya holds the knife at right moment, but Mahi falls down. Kareena escapes and runs on the road. Satya follows her. Mahi feels utmost pain. Satya and Bodyguards follow Kareena. Kareena couldn’t see the truck coming from opposite direction and collide with it. She dies instantly. Satya sees her lying in a pool of blood. He gets Payal’s call. She asks him to come home fast as Payal’s condition is critical. They take Mahi to hospital. Doctor tells that they have to operate Mahi now itself and tells that there is a risk to both mother and babies’ life. Satya gets worried.
Doctor operates on Mahi and comes out of OT, informs Satya that he is blessed with both daughter and a son. She congratulates them. Anupama congratulates Raj. Raj says his grand son made a double blast of happiness. Satya and others go to Mahi. They take the babies. Satya gets emotional and says my family…I am nothing without them, without you all…He says I have always shared my happiness and sorrows with you all. He asks everyone to take Jamai word seriously and then only that jamai will become raja. He asks them to remember him in prayers and take selfie with Mahi, his kids and family.
